It’s About Customer Service and Getting the WordPress Theme Support You Need
Since March, Jesse Petersen has been our part-time support forum moderator … handling almost all the support requests we get from our customers on our active support forum.
He was actually one of our first customers and after I saw him helping other customers with questions, I asked him if he’d mind helping out on an “official” basis.
Today I’m extremely excited to announce that he’s now coming to iThemes as our full-time Customer Support problem-solving guru.
One of the things we want to offer you here at iThemes is excellent, superior customer service. We want to provide the help you need, as fast as possible!
After more than two years of using WordPress personally, I’ve seen a huge void of WordPress theme help available. So along the way, we’ve created dozens of free WordPress video tutorials and posts that are designed to teach you things about WordPress and specifically about WP themes.
In addition, we are continuing to improve our themes to make it as easy as possible for you to use our themes — putting more power in your hands to launch your sites fast!
But now, more than anything we’ve done to date, we believe this is an investment and commitment on our part to you and for you.
Now we have someone solely dedicated to helping you with your questions about themes.
And so without further ado, I would like to welcome Jesse Petersen to the iThemes family!
P.S. – If you haven’t registered on our forum, take a moment to do so … you might find that your questions have already been answered!
