Jeff, no, although you could use GravityForms.com plugin to do something like that.
I do not see it in my available downloads when I login. I have an all access pass. Also what about the new plugins?

Beautiful theme! I just got your email and am considering getting the all access pass for 6 months. I think you might be the only theme provider that gives full access for client work too which is awesome. I may need this in the near future so thanks for doing that
