It’s our 3rd year anniversary! We’ve had a blast this past year, thanks to you – our community. And over the last three years, you all have shown us just how valuable a community is.
Not just in terms of money, although that’s always a good thing, but in terms of sharing in something that is bigger than the sum of its parts.
We know that we can’t thrive without a healthy community. And being a part of any community means people in the community should contribute to its continued health.
As you know, our headquarters is located in Oklahoma City. The business ownership of iThemes, including Cory Miller, are Oklahomans. And Cory has said on numerous occasions that we’re proud to be based in Oklahoma.
So as part of our anniversary, we’ve decided to give back to our local Oklahoma City community through The Spero Project, a non profit charity that works with displaced refugees in Oklahoma.
Matt and Brad initially brought The Spero Project to our attention as it’s something they’ve personally volunteered to help with in the past.
And this week we asked the founder Brad and Kim Bandy to join us on iThemesTV to present them a $1,000 donation to The Spero Project.
