Lucky7, the newest iThemes Builder Child Theme will be released later this week! Developed by Justin Kopepasah, Lucky7 brings the total number of child themes available for iThemes Builder to 28!
You can look forward to multiple color options, a Lucky7 Mobile-specific theme, to work with the Mobile Plugin, plus tons of other features.
(Remember, the Mobile Plugin is included with every theme purchase from the iThemes Store.)

Will the mobile plug in or this new builder theme work as a facebook fan page theme?
If not do you have a theme available for facebook?

I checked with our developers. They have told me that this theme does not support facebook, and that, actually, facebook requires one-on-one development, not a theme.
