I like it because it leaves little to the imagination. As I recall, this is the first Theme to actually display in practice a large variety of the available options within Builder. Yes, they’ve always been available, but actually showing the variety of interchangeable options a person can achieve within just one layout will doubtlessly help your sales. Good for you!
