The release of Builder 3.2 (details coming soon) is scheduled for tomorrow morning. This release has two big changes: both the Billboard and FeedBurner Widget features have been removed from Builder. If you are a fan of these features, fret not as they are still available.
All active Builder members now have Billboard and FeedBurner Widget available as plugin downloads in your member area. You can find them listed below the listing of Builder child theme downloads.
If you are using any Billboard widgets on your Builder site, please install and activate the Billboard plugin before you upgrade to the Builder 3.2 release. If you do not, you may have to recreate your widgets later on after installing and activating the plugin.
The same goes for the FeedBurner Widget features. If you are using any widgets for that feature, make sure you install and activate the new plugin before you upgrade to Builder 3.2.

But I always thought Billboard was a plugin???
It has been for quite a while. It actually started off as a bundled theme feature which we eventually broke out into “also a plugin.”
Rather than boring people with the history, I just shortcut it and declared that a plugin version is available for both features.

how do you upgrade? just install the new one and delete the old version?
There aren’t any special requirements for upgrading. At its most basic, simply remove the old folder and upload the new one.
You can also use my Easy Theme and Plugin Upgrades plugin to do the upgrade from the WordPress back-end. After activating the plugin, go to Appearance > Themes, click the “Install Themes” tab, click “Upload”, select the zip file to upload, select “Yes” from the drop-down, and click “Install Now”. The plugin takes care of removing the old version and installing the new one.
