A few weeks ago, we launched the Friends of iThemes. The idea was simple: we wanted to display photos of our customers around our office to remind us of who we’re working to help every day. Being a web-based company has a ton of advantages, but it’s easy to miss the “human element” of interacting with our customers.
The response has been incredible, and we feel really amazed to have so many friends from all across the globe.
A ladder, a level, and some double-sided tape later, we now have the newly-installed Friends of iThemes wall:
We all gathered around, noting the names that now finally had faces, the unique personalities of each photo (some made us laugh pretty hard), and we all felt pretty inspired. So, thanks to all of you, our Friends. You make it possible for us to do what we love.
