It’s really hard to imagine … but it’s been 3 years since we launched the first version of BackupBuddy, one of the most popular and essential plugins in WordPress.
To celebrate, we’re upping the free remote storage we offer through BackupBuddy Stash from 512MB to 1GB.
We’ve estimated that the typical full WP site backup is about 150MB. You could safely store 6 full site backups plus a dozen other database-only backups with your free Stash storage.
So if you aren’t using BackupBuddy Stash now for your remote backup destination, here’s a quick video on how to use BackupBuddy Stash:

3 Years In … But We’re Not Done Improving For You
As you are well aware, BackupBuddy keeps getting better and better with new features and enhancements to help you easily get your sites backed up.
Last year we did a customer survey and many of you responded with feedback and insight on how to make BackupBuddy even better.
Dustin, Jeremy and the BackupBuddy team have already implemented a ton of those great ideas to date.
And more is on the way! We’re busy planning for BackupBuddy 4.0 release this summer and taking it farther and farther for you.
