Affiliates
The iThemes Media Affiliate Programs pays 25% in commission for sales generated through your affiliate link on iThemes exclusive themes only. Payouts will be sent at the end of each month, for the previous month’s following sales. (Please note this is subject to change.)
Please note: You may NOT use your own affiliate links to purchase themes. Doing so will terminate your affiliate account with iThemes and you will forfeit any potential earnings.
To join the affiliate program, please contact us directly. Due to an increase in fraud, we are reviewing applications to the affiliate program. Please include your name, business, and website/blog you’ll be using for the affiliate program.
Please note the following must be in place for this to be a qualified commission:
We verify all sales prior to approval: A sale is not complete until after we have verified that it was a valid sale without reversal or a hold by PayPal, GoogleCheckout, or the credit card issuer. We reserve the right to delay payment until this has been confirmed. Sales at the end of the month may be delayed until the next month for this reason.
We do not allow internal sales: An account must be ordered with billing information that does not match the affiliate’s information. if you are signing up an account for a client, please email us regarding this ASAP.
Tax Information: We have recently revised our policies involving tax forms for affiliates. In order to make things easier in terms of tax purposes, we require that every Affiliate submit a W-9 (Domestic Affiliates) or a W-8BEN (International Affiliates) form to us. Having these tax forms at our disposal allows us to expedite your commissions in a timely manner, making it possible for us to pay you on time without having to hassle you for forms later!
