Builder utilizes a parent theme/child theme relationship. Builder's child themes operate on Builder Theme - Core.

This allows updates to be made to the core Builder theme file without overriding any customizations made to the child theme. Both Builder Theme - Core and a Builder child theme need to be installed on your site. The child theme should be the current, Active theme, while Builder Theme - Core should be listed in Available themes.
