The Tailored Login plugin will allow you to easily style your WordPress login page using a custom style manager and two additional widget areas.

This plugin also adds optional top and bottom widget area to your WordPress login page.To use those optional widget areas navigate to the Widgets area under Appearance in the WordPress Admin area. Then you will see two new widget areas have been added to your list of available widget areas.
