I used importbuddy to restore my wordpress eCommerce site. But, none of the auto_increment fields checkboxes were checked in the restored fields. Is this normal?

Running backup: worked yesterday, but NOT today ...

Can anyone help me? I purchased BackupBuddy yesterday - it saved my bacon: within 12 hours after purchasing and running the first backup, the site was somehow 'compromised' ... eventually, I simply restored from the backup and it was perfect.

However: today, after doing additional work, I have tried several times to backup ... all with resulting status of 'bad'.

Can someone please jump in and guide me?

Thanks!

Derek

Plugin Install Failed

I'm trying to install BackupBuddy like I have on many other sites. This time around it goes like this:

Installing Plugin from uploaded file: backupbuddy (5).zip

Unpacking the package…

Installing the plugin…

Destination folder already exists. /services5/webpages/t/u/[domain-name].com/public/wp-content/plugins/backupbuddy/

Plugin install failed.

Where [domain-name] is my client's domain. Help please...

Jeff

ImportBuddy.php Error #224834

1 - I created a new database on the new host.

2 - Placed "mybackup.zip" and "importbuddy.php" in the root folder of the host

3 - Ran importbuddy.php and got the following error.

Error #224834. This directory is not write enabled. Please verify write permissions to continue.

I am on the phone with the hosting right now asking them to check / change permissions on root.

Has anyone else run into this?

Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.

I have a 2-site BackupBuddy license and I can't install it on my second site. The BackupBuddy installs for hours, and then cannot be activated. I get the following message:

Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.

Warning: require_once(/usr/www/users/[user-name/directory]/wp-content/plugins/backupbuddy/lib/zipbuddy/zipbuddy.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /usr/www/users/[user-name/directory]/wp-content/plugins/backupbuddy/classes/admin.php on line 29

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/usr/www/users/[user-name/directory]/wp-content/plugins/backupbuddy/lib/zipbuddy/zipbuddy.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/lib/php') in /usr/www/users/[user-name/directory]/wp-content/plugins/backupbuddy/classes/admin.php on line 29

Any idea?
