Release Type: WishList Member compatibility fix

Description: This release fixes the Navigation Module's "Builder Settings Pages" option to be compatible with WishList Member's ability to hide protected pages. The Custom Menu options still do not work properly with WishList Member; however, I recently worked with their team to get a fix for this in their plugin. A soon-to-be-released version of WishList Member will have this update allowing all of the options to work as expected.
