This release focuses on some small enhancements and bug fixes as listed below.
- Added builder-module-column-* classes.
- Added additional classes for module outer wrappers.
- Fixed inconsistent loop-footer markup in some of the template files.
- Fixed issue where closed comment settings were not being respected.
- Fixed issue where the *-module-style-outer-wrapper classes were being added twice.
