Hi there

I am totally new to Web, WordPress, Coding - just a simple graphic designer trying to make my first website.
I bought Headway Theme and they also recommended me to buy BackUpBuddy - so I just did.

I got the zip file - check

Uploaded it - check

Installed and it - check

Now it shows here on my dashboard - check

What else should I do? Will it back up automatically or should I do anything myself to Back Up.
