Hi,

you should have received an iThemes username and password upon purchase. You used that username/password to download BackupBuddy from your membership page. You should use the same login credentials to log into the forum, and access the Backupbuddy support forum: http://ithemes.com/forum/forum/74-backupbuddy/

Does that not work?

Hi ,
I spent way too much time looking all through this forum - I can't simple find where to write this message for PAID themes or where to contact Support...?
I'm not having much luck with the backup Buddy plugin I've paid for and installed on my site.  Only some of the back ups are working - it says it's backed up but when i check the files in dropbox  there are no folders,no  files just one page of code...? I don't trust this is working.  In the past I've used a free plugin( backWPup) and not had an issue with it - I could see all my files and images backed up.  I beginning to feel I purchased a lemon and wished I never used it... where can I paste my log info for SUPPORT I've paid for?
