Hi,

this does not look like the same issue, but if it is, follow my advise, and contact sales@ithemes.com.

Alternatively, sign in with the username and password you use to access the membership area (from where you downloaded the product(s) you purchased), and post your support request in the BackupBuddy support forum (which I think this may be related to),

I am having the same problem. I originally had the problem that the ftp settings for backups would not take my log-in to my godaddy hosting account while I could get in no problem from filezilla.

First, I am not a guest but a member but the forum will not accept my member login name and pw. I have requested a new password to be emailed and over 24 hours laters no response.

I purchased a 10 user licence to Backup Buddy in January (see below) and now it will only let me license two sites which seems to be your new policy for $75. Would you please open my account to 10 sites as I paid for.
