I would like to know the answer to this question as well (and am logged in) - "[I have a host that only allows] backups in gzip-format. Is it possible to do that with backupbuddy? If so, how?"

Hi Carsten,
Your login information for the forum should be the same as your login for you iThemes member panel unless you've changed it here.
You do need to post this question in the BackupBuddy forum. So if you continue to have trouble logging in, please let us know.
Thanks,
Elise

Hello.
I dont know, why i cant write into the member forum here, because i bought backupbuddy, but if i type my login details in the form, i got a error message.
So i hope thats ok, that i post my question in this forum.
I have a problem with my hoster www.all-inkl.com
There is only allowed to create backups in gzip-format. Is it possible to do that with backupbuddy? If so, how to do that?
Regards
Carsten
