Replying to Header Images are not displaying

please sign into the forum using the username and password you used to download the theme(s) you purchased, and post in Flexx support forum,

Hi there
I've just uploaded the Flexx theme onto my host and am beginning to play. On the Featured Images set up page - none of the images that came with the themeare actually displaying in the table (just have that red x in a box). I tried uploading my own image just to checkand that isjust a red x as well. When I view the site - the header is black.
Any ideas? Did the download not work?
