Hi,
you might want to post this in the WordPress support forum, it is most likely not a theme issue. Or do a (Google or Bing) search on "WordPress reset password",

In my website I had forgotten the password to sign into the word press administrator page.
They sent me a link to click and there it's suppose to reset the password. It didn't and errors out saying that it's
invalid.
What can be done?
