Hi Lisa,
yes, this is definitely possible, WordPress adds a class to the <body> tag for each page, which should be all you need to accomplish this using css,

I have a client that wants to have a slightly different background for each page of her website. While I know how to achieve this with a non-Wordpress website, I'm not sure if it's even possible with Wordpress. I'm considering using Builder and any theme that might be able accomplish this. So, basically.... is it possible?
