it appears that your hosting company has upgraded your server to PHP5.4. And unfortunately, during development of our products, we're not able to predict all future changes in new PHP versions. As soon as the issue showed, we updated our products accordingly.

There is a way to fix this manually, by replacing all instances of "&$" with "$" (without the quotes) in all the Builder theme and Builder plugin (such as Stylemanager and Builder SEO) files.

Depending on the OS you are using, there are several tools to do so: https://www.google.com/search?q=search+and+replace+string+in+multiple+files

Make sure that you have a backup before using any such tools though!

Hi there
My website: www.stellarsolutions.com.au recently received a Fatal Error and I can't get into the website or the admin account to fix it. Have been to Bluehost and they say I need to copy the image file from iThemes using my iThemes account.  I don't have an account as the website was created for me by someone else and they are no longer in business.  Is there anyway you can give me access to the files I need so I can pass these on to a new developer so that they can try to fix the problem?  I'm not at all technical, so if you could try to explain simply what I need to do, that would be great.
