Unfortunately, we searched through both sales and support emails and did not see anything with your name or email address.

You can try emailing directly to sales@ithemes.com or post your questions here in the forum and we'll answer them that way.

Again, I'm sorry that somehow your messages did not reach us.

Hi,
we use this forum for any inquiries, issues and questions regarding the iThemes products, but on top of that, the support e-mail address is monitored as well.
From what page/site did you send your e-mail, and when exactly, so we can check the mail accounts, there may be a misunderstanding, or an incorrect e-mail address.

going on 2 days now for my presale question, and this is my second post on the forum - still waiting to be approved...

I sent a detailed email yersterday via the contact form.
do you check that email often?

I need some detailed information about the flexibility of the itheme builder. i have included some screenshot links in that email as well.
i do not want to include them publicly for client confidentiality reasons.
