Hi,

short answer, yes, and it's standard WordPress functionality (displaying articles from a specific category only), that can be used in any WordPress theme. We're here on the support forum to help out if you get stuck, but your requirement is nothing extraordinary.

"A magazine-type page" probably refers to a specific layout, and may require additional coding. For Builder, there are extensions that can help you with that, for Flexx, a plugin can be used.

hope that clarifies, if you have any further inquiries, please let us know,
Ronald

Hello - I am looking at buying Flexx and Builder; using Flexx to get a particular site up quickly, then developing the next iteration of the site using Builder for a later makeover. So, my question applies to both products. The site is a more or less standard blog; however there needs to be an "articles" page that will contain a variety of occaisional long articles that are not blog entires (i.e. no posting date etc; these are from previously published magazine articles where we have copyright permission to post). The format of the articles page is flexible but along the lines of a magazine-type page.

Can Flexx AND Builder act primarily as a blog (first page), but then have different content on WP Pages? If so, how is that done?

(I realize this is not the support forum, so I am only looking for a sentence or two that explains at a high level how this is done in Flexx and/or Builder since there is no technical information available until one purchases the products. I am not a PHP coder so I am just trying to make sure I have the right expectations before purchasing the products)
