Replying to Flexx Theme Colors

Sorry if similar questions have been asked before, I searched before posting but couldn't find an answer to my question.
From what I understand if you purchase one Flexx Theme you can use it on multiple sites. I would like to create two sites using one theme but can't decide which one b/c the colors need to be different. One site will be kind of "girly" with yellow, green, blue but will have custom header and wallpaper so it's mainly the fonts and colors for side bar categories I need to change. The other site would be like Victoria with gray, black and pink.
Does anyone have a recommendation of which one to get to use for both? Since the Victoria is pretty close to what I want for one can I change the color of side bar headers to match other site? Do you get color wheel like when choosing background color?
