Hi,
We don't make it difficult, we use members only support forums so that we can dedicate all our support efforts to those that are entitled to support. If you sign into the forum using the username and password you use to access the membership area (from where you downloaded the product(s) you purchased), you will see the members only forums that you have a valid subscription for. The Backupbuddy support forum can be found here: http://ithemes.com/forum/forum/74-backupbuddy/
Does that not work for you? If so, please send an e-mail to ronald@ithemes.com with the username and e-mail address that you purchased with, and I will check,
thanks,
Ronald

Why does iThemes make it so difficult to get support? I own the product and am constantly being asked to buy more, but cannot find or get access to BackupBuddy forum. Can anyone pass along the secret for a customer to get support for BackupBuddy and access to the forum.

i keep getting this error message when doing a full backup
"the page citifaith.co.uk says"
A fatal error has been encountered. The backup has halted.
it happens at various stages not at the same point each time then when you press the ok button to dispose of the error message it gives you the option to tick a box with
"prevent this page from creating additional dialogs"
do i click this? and how can i stop tis error occurring and do a full back up of my site.
thank you in advance
martin
