@oursweetworldof,

your forum profile and permissions are fine, make sure that you use your username (and not e-mail address) when signing in.

I am having the same problem getting into the forum.

I can log into my account but can't get into forum

I also have a question about backup buddy but I cant log into the forum, I can see the free plugin forums and I can login to see my account history, but I can't access the backup buddy support.

Hi I am having this problem as well - my username is tanyab - I am able to sign in to your site with the user name and password yourprovided to me in your 'thank you for your purchase' email from Nov '11 (I can view and download my purchases). But when I try to get to the members section of the support forum it says I'm not logged in and then I get the same error message when I re-enter my username and passoword there. I have a support question about Backup Buddy -

Hi,

Note that you are currently not signed in to the forum. I checked your forum profile (login name: crabbydigital), and it seems to be setup just fine. When you're signed in, which forum are you trying to access?
