Yes, your products will continue to work as they are presently but you will no longer have access to updates or support (or any other facility that your membership entitled you to). The membership period is one year so expiry will be one year from the start of your current membership period. As an existing Customer you can get renewal discounts - please email firstname.lastname@example.org with details and they will be able to advise you, thanks.

Hello, I received a renewal notification email and I am wondering if I can still use my products without renewing? I know I'll need to renew to get the latest updates and training. Also the renewal date is 06/03/12, I'm guessing that is the American date of 6th June, not 3rd March as we say in the UK? Thank you.
