I don't have a login. The client's website is preexisting and the ones who purchased and installed the theme are no longer with the company. We just need a little help.

please sign in with the username and password you use to access the membership area (from where you downloaded the product(s) you purchased), and post your support request in the Essence support forum: http://ithemes.com/forum/forum/36-essence/
