Builder is no drag and drop layout builder. It's hard to say whether "your style" is feasible without being able to see it in action. The video's on this page: http://ithemes.com/purchase/builder-theme/ should give you an idea of how Builder creates layouts.

I'm on the brink of getting started but before I dive in, my big question is: How can I convert my magazine look, freeform style of layout into a theme style? I've used a drag and drop layout for years but CMS is more practical for my organization. I'm hesitant to commit to any theme do to the constraints of blocks and boxes for content. Please tell me there is a way to use WP for webpages and still keep my style. Thanks! Jes
