Yes. BackupBuddy multisite (beta) can export a subdirectory site from a network to be its own standalone site.

I have been developing websites for multiple clients using subdirectories under my main developer domain. I'm interested to learn if Backup Buddy can backup and export the specific subdirectories, which each contain a full WP installation and individual site files. So, for example, if my main site is www.developer.com, I have different client sites at www.developer.com/smith and www.developer.com/jones. When these sites are done and approved by the client, will Backup Buddy be able to export just the subdirectory to the client's server of choice? Thanks.
