Could someone kindly help me. When I am at my edit layout in layout and views and I want to modify settings instead of getting a modal window I am redirected to another page. The tab on the top of my browser says Thickframe. When I try to make changes such as change my sidebars I do not get a prompt to select sidebar width. Is Thickframe soemthing new? I have never seen it before.
