Hi Jason,


Yes, but it's currently a BETA feature. You can backup or restore (assuming URLs aren't changing on the restore) the entire Network or move sites between Networks as well as in and out of a Network:
  • Backup / restore entire Network.
  • Export individual subsite from Network.
  • Import individual subsite into Network.
  • Import standalone site into Network.
  • Restore a subsite as a standalone site.

Hi,

Can I use BackupBuddy to move an individual site into a multi-site network WordPress installation?

For instance, I'd like to work on a site locally, and then use BackupBuddy to move it onto my live networked WordPress install.
