the plugins are generic WordPress plugins, not iThemes-themes only plugins, so we have no reason to believe (nor do we have any reports suggesting) that the plugin won't work on Genesis theme.

can someone confirm if the ithemes wordpress plugins work with Genesis framework?
also, i would appreciate a link to a source or blog stating how and if they work well together.
