1) Some of our plugins are currently in development to become responsive( we just recently released Builder Responsive ). I don't have an exact timeline, but it's in the works!

2) LoopBuddy works with themes that are Loop Standard enabled. http://ithemes.com/codex/page/LoopBuddy#The_Loop_Standard. If your theme doesn't support it, it can be modified to do so http://ithemes.com/codex/page/LoopBuddy#Modifying_a_Theme_to_Use_LoopBuddy. Alternatively, you can use LoopBuddy in a widget area.
