Hello Marcus,
You're correct that when your membership expires so does your license. The license/membership is for support and updates only. You can still use the plugin as the license/membership will not effect the functionality of it. If you would like access to the support and updates you can contact sales@ithemes.com for a renewal discount.

Hi,
I purchased Backup Buddy about a year ago. My one year membership has just expired which according to your site means no access to support forums and automatic updates.
I also notice however that the sites I was using the plugin on now report invalid / expired licences. Does this mean that when membership expires it also means your licences expire? In effect one is not really paying for the plugin but the service the plugin delivers on a subscription basis.
