good afternoon,
I can't seems to access my ithemes account, after asking to reset my password, i am redirected to the login page which doesn't accept my new password.
In the meantime, I bought backupbuddy about a year ago for a multisite setup and the software is loosing his licence every day, so I have to detach it and generate a new one. Now it seems that I can renew the licence and update from 2.2.35 to 3+.
could you help me?
