Hi Elise,

I just tried again (7:00pm PT), and it worked. I didn't change anything on my end, so you team must have done something to make it work.

Thank you!

Jim

Hey Jim,

This is a strange one!  I've passed this thread along to the developers and our server admin and they're going to take a look and see if they can get the problem worked out.

I'll let you know as soon as I have a response from them, but let me know if you have any other questions or issues in the meantime.

Thanks,

Elise

Thank you for the clarification. The addon is working without being licensed.

I've tried to license it three times, and it failed each time, with the same error message. Thoughts?

Hey Jim,

Can you try licensing it again?  Others who have run into this issue where able to successfully license on their second try without any issues.

Also, just to make sure you are aware, the product does not have to be licensed to work.  Licensing is used for automatic updates, but does not affect plugin functionality at all.  So while I totally understand your frustration and I definitely want you to be able to get it licensed, I also just want to make sure you know you can go ahead and still use the add-on while we work out the licensing issue.

Try licensing it again and let me know how it goes.

Thanks,

Elise

I uploaded the MailChimp addon, and when I try to license it, I get this message:

Unable to license Exchange Addon Mailchimp. Reason: Your product subscription has expired

Which is inaccurate. Feeling a bit frustrated.

Thanks Elise, it has been corrected—I can download it now. Thanks!

Hey Jim,

Yes, you should have access to the MailChimp add-on.  If you can check your Member Panel now, that should now be corrected.

Let us know if you continue to have issues.

Thanks,

Elise

Hello,

I purchased the Plugin Developer Suite. Should I have access to the MailChimp add-on for Exchange?

It isn't listed on my Member Panel.

Help!

Jim
