this is a common issie with many eccommerce platfomrs it generally related to the cookie being blocked in that session, i think you will find if your customer close firefox and log back in it will work. Had this issue with another provider and never had it resolved.

Hi Elise,

No error messages. Pressing Register does nothing  (see movie). I have also had instances where the sale process seems to quit and go back to the product page.

I have launched this live two days ago and I am getting complaints from users. EG:

  "I've received feedback from people in city dojo on the new website.
1. Registration link hard to find.
2. Registration not working. When they press submit button nothing happens. "  

There should also be the ability (when using multiple sales) to "continue shopping".  It is confusing to have to leave the sale to add another product from the start to the cart.

Hi aplus,

I was able to register on your site without any issue in Firefox (username iThemes Support if you want to remove the transaction).  And when I hit the checkout button after registration, I was able to complete the transaction; I wasn't returned to the registration page.

Are you getting any error messages or anything that would help us narrow down what's going on?

After completing the order and entering user details and password pressing Register does nothing when using FireFox: http://www.hirosawa-sensei.com/product/001-semniar/?ite-sw-state=checkout

Also "I can get as far as booking the two days and the dinner but when I hit Checkout it takes me back to the registration page. I can't register my name or pay."
