Hi Jake,

At this time, there isn't a shipping option in Exchange.  It's something we're working on at this time, but has not been added yet.

Yes, Exchange does have an inventory feature.

Simple Taxes is the only tax add-on we have currently.  Again, we're working an advanced tax option add-on, but don't have one available at this time.

Yes, you can select more than one payment option in Exchange.

The only options currently in the Recurring Payments add-on are monthly and yearly.

Let us know if you have any additional questions.

Thanks,

Elise

Hi,

I have been getting your emails about Exchange for some time now.  I have spent some time going over your documentation.  Some things are not clear to me.

1A. How does one go about calculating shipping costs?

1B. How does one show the shippng option(s) to the customer?

1C. Can one present the customer with more than one shipping option?

2. Does Exchange have any inventory features?

3A. Other than "Simple Taxes" does Exchange have any other add-ons for managing taxes? As your are aware, sales taxes in the USA are state and local. I think that charging a customer a sales tax that is not tied to the purchase or shipping address may be illegal.

3B. If Excahnge does have more complex sales tax calculation/charging capabilities, does it provide reports showing how much must be remitted to each tax authority?

4. Can one present the customer with two payment options:
A. a credit card option that uses Stripe
or
B. a PayPal option that lets the customer pay with their PayPal account?

EDIT
5. Are recurring payments limited to monthly and annual?

Thanks,
Jake
