Hi aplus,

Can you please (always :)) include a link to your site?

I can't replicate the issue you're having with the Stripe option not showing on the single item.  

Can you, first, make sure that you're running the latest version of Exchange (v1.4.1) and the Stripe add-on (v1.1.6)?

You can also test for a plugin conflict that might be causing this.  So, you'd deactivate all of your plugins except for Exchange and the Stripe add-on and then see if it shows properly.  If it does, reactivate your other plugins one at a time, testing Exchange each time, to see which plugin is creating the conflict.  

Give that a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi,

I have set up a simple ecommerce site with 6 products.  But my customers are complaining that it is confusing and does not work.

I am using Simple products and the Multi-Item cart with Off-line payment to a Bank Account and Stripe.

Here is what happens (see screenshots):

1. when you select product 1 you get the choice of Buy Now/Add to Cart. 1_Screenshot 2013-10-12 21.13.31.png

2. If you choose Buy Now the only choice you get is Pay by Bank (no Credit Card?) Also you cannot continue or go back from here. 2_Screenshot 2013-10-12 21.13.46.png

3. If you choose Shopping Cart at 1. there is no button to continue shopping - you seem to have to start again - people are confused. 3_Screenshot 2013-10-12 21.14.27.png

6.  Now you get the chance to purchase by by EFT or Credit Card. 6_Screenshot 2013-10-12 21.15.35.png

Step 1, Pay Now should allow the same choices as Step 6.  Can you stop the Pay now appearing when using multicart. Or better still can't you do it the way everyone else does.
