Oops... sorry, Macs enjoy low-level support for PDFs, such that pretty much every program has a File > Print > Save as PDF command. Could've swore Windows picked that up along the way as well. If you don't see it then don't pull your hair out... I fear I may have inadvertently raised hopes.

Didn't even think about it until you mentioned IE.

Sorry 'bout that.

Which browser are you using when you do that, I just used chrome, firefox and IE, could find options to print in all three (which is useful, thanks) but non had option to "save as pdf"?

Cheers, Sue

In the browser, File > Print > Save as PDF generates a reasonably usable PDF file. With a print stylesheet this output could be refined as well. Certainly not as helpful as a nice Print Invoice button would be.

Thanks for your help Elise - lets hope it is added soon, most of my clients require a printable invoice *sigh* lol

I guess we could put a link in the description area of the invoice to a pdf for them to print if required, I will try this next time :)

Hi Sue,

This is something we hope to do in the future, but I don't have a timeline for when/if it will be added.

Unfortunately, at this time, I don't have a workaround for you.  If another user has some ideas, hopefully they'll jump in with some suggestions.

Let us know if you have any additional questions.

Thanks,

Elise

I see from other threads that it is in the pipeline to add some form of pdf or print so that a client can print out their invoice (once paid) but was wondering if anyone has a workaround for this yet so that a client can print an invoice?
