Hi Sue,

You should see an update available now for 1.7.13 of Exchange just released today.  The fix is included in that update.

Let us know if you have any additional questions.

Thanks,

Elise

Hi Elyse!

Do the developers have an ETA for correcting the bug with coupon calculations?  Thank you!

Hi Sue,

I tested and have confirmed the issue.  I've passed it along to the developers and I'll let you know when I have an update for you.

Thanks,

Elise

Hi!

I think coupons are doing some 50 cent rounding for totals.  Percentage seems to calculate total too high.  Flat dollar seems to calculte total too low.  I'm using the most current version 1.7.11.

I have a product for $6.99.  I wanted to offer a 50% off price with a coupon.

When applied, it said it took off 50%, but the total was $3.99 instead of $3.49 or even $3.50.

So I tried a flat dollar amount coupon for $3.50.  When applied, it says it subtracted $3.50 but the total is $2.99 instead of $3.49

I've attached screenshots of both results.

50% off coupon code is test50
$3.50 off coupon is subscriber2014
