Hi dawarden,

I am sure and I have checked multiple browsers!  :)  I've checked Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Opera.  You can see for yourself on my site:  http://elise.internal.ithemes.com/product/337/

Let us know after you've been able to test.

Thanks,

Elise

Wow. So strange I have seen in on multiple sites, different themes. I'll run through my plugins again turning them on and off. Thanks.

Remember, though, I have tried this on 2-3 different sites, with different themes even. And different plugins.

Are you sure you don't see that coupon code option as cutoff? Can you try a couple different browsers? It's replicated every time on every site for me.

Hi dawarden,

That's fine; take your time.   Just let us know once you've finished testing.

My not being able to replicate it makes me think there is something else on your site causing it, which is why I suggested testing plugins as that could be the cause.

Just let us know once you've finished testing.

Thanks,

Elise

I can try that, although it's not something I can do right away with my plugins. Strange you can't replicate it, as I see it on every browser myself.

Hi dawarden,

I apologize your post was missed previously.

I can't replicate the issue you're having, using the same theme or any others that I've tested.  I did notice the login button isn't showing normally on your site either.

Can you test to see if you have a plugin conflict?  So you'd deactivate all of your plugins except for Exchange and then see if it displays correctly.  If it does, reactivate your other plugins, one at a time, testing Exchange each time to see which plugin is creating the conflict.

If that doesn't work, I can take a look at the backend to see what's going on.  After you've tested, you can email admin login credentials at elise@ithemes.com or PM it to me here on the forum.  Just be sure to include a link to this thread so I know what the message is in regards to.

Thanks,

Elise

Hello,

I have an issue with Exchange's coupon option/link. If you notice, the option for clicking on coupon can barely be read:

http://draftcalc.com/product/request-a-sketch/

It's not just this theme, I am seeing this on multiple sites I've tried exchange with and on multiple themes. I'm not sure if it's an alignment issue or what, but any help getting this coupon icon/text (I don't eve know what it says or should say, as it's cutoff) to show is much appreciated.

Thanks.

PS, not sure but you may need to register to even get to the point where you can see the coupon adding option. For that reason, I have attached a screenshot as well:
