it may(!) be related to the Cloudflare Optimizer, and the "Rocketloader" functionality. From the documentation I found (https://www.cloudflare.com/features-optimizer), it can be easily switched off. Can you see if that makes a difference?

Sorry, totally forgot my URL. It's http://ajmorris.me. I've tried it on a local install as well without all the caching mechanisms to see if it was something their. I've also updated Exchange and it still comes up.

I wanted to also mention that I've tried just leaving Exchange and the various exchange plugins I have activated (all others were deactivated), and it still happens. I can't get a consistent way to reproduce it, except for the fact that it always happens when a shortcode is on a page/post.

Hi Andrew,

Can you please (always :)) provide us with a URL where this is happening?

From the error message, it looks like you're running version 1.7.16 of Exchange.  The latest version is 1.7.18, so please start by updating Exchange and see if that clears up the issue.

Give that a try and let us know how it goes.

I get a weird fatal error sometimes when saving pages that have itheme's exchange shortcodes on them. I'm not sure what to look at. It doesn't seem to be specific like a plugin conflict. I've had it happen a few times on different sites.

I thought it was theme related since I use Headway, but it seems to have the same issue with any default theme (2010-2014).

Here's the message I get, http://www.screencast.com/t/BUfSuwKCGU.

I'm not really sure where to start looking. It doesn't cause a problem on the site. It still saves whatever I put in the page. It just makes me go an extra step to get back into the WP-admin.
