Glad you got it figured out, Patty!

Let us know if you have any additional questions.

Another update: I found the cause, and it was my fault. When I created a WP page for "Membership" and pasted the Exchange shortcode into it, I used the string 'membership' instead of the correct 'memberships'.

That was breaking the other pages.

My sincere apologies! Maybe someone else will have the same problem.  :-)  Please feel free to mark this as resolved. And thank you for all your attention to my issues.

Hi Elise,

Yes, same site, and it's unrestricted now, sorry about that.

These are the navigation links which appear automatically at the top of the automatically-created Exchange Pages.

Thanks very much for having a look.

Added info: I've been testing the pages carefully, and confirming what I reported above. For some reason, Exchange uses the slug 'membership' (and then the Product slug) in the URL for Product Pages, whereas the Product Pages Exchange created for me use the slug 'product' (and then the Product slug).

A seemingly related issue: the Membership page is always completely empty, even when the person logged-in definitely has purchased a Membership.

Hoping you can help straighten this out! Thank you again.

Hi Patty,

Is it the same site you sent me a PM about earlier?  If so, I can no longer access it.  I'm getting a, "Access to this site is restricted." message.

If that's not the site I should be looking at, you can just send me another PM with the correct URL.

As for the links in your "navbar" - did you create those links yourself or did you add them in using the Exchange Pages option in Appearance > Menus?

The set of navigation links at the top of my Exchange Pages include some links which seem to be wrong.

My Exchange Pages are WordPress pages with the shortcodes put in.

Specifically: In the Exchange "navbar", the links to Products follow this pattern:

...and those are pages which don't exist. When I point a browser to that URL, it redirects to http://mydomain/membership, which is blank.

Rather, the actual existing Product Pages URLs are like this:

The difference is just that slug, 'membership' when it should be 'product'. I haven't changed any of the default Exchange page slugs.

Can you tell me how I can correct this? I can provide the URL by private message if that would help.

Thanks yet again,
