Hi intelliweb,

We ask that you always give us your site URL because we can see important information, such as which version of the plugin you're running, the theme you are using, jQuery libraries called by your other plugins, etc.  These things can help us narrow down any possible issues.

Can you try testing for a plugin conflict?  To do so, you'd deactivate all of your plugins except for Exchange and then see if it works properly.  If it does, reactivate your other plugins, one at a time, testing Exchange each time to see which plugin is creating the conflict.

Give that a try and let us know how it goes.

Thanks,

Elise

URL: shubeez.com
though I don't see how that's relevant given that this is in the admin (WP admin: Exchange > Payments > Details) as shown in the screenshot included above, not the front-end.  I'm happy to share a login to the admin but, obviously not via the support forum.

Hi intelliweb,

I can't replicate this issue.  Can you please (always :)) provide us with the URL where this is happening so we can take a look?

Thanks,

Elise

There seems to be a bug with the display of shipping cost on payment receipts where the decimal point is off by 1 position (e.g. $2.60 appears as $0.26).  The calculation and total are correct.  It's just the way shipping is displayed on the receipt.  See screenshot for example: https://copy.com/auAAJrlHBHpwcN94
