Hi Ashley,

What do you mean you had the "shipping fee turned off?"  If you mean you checked the "Disable shipping for this product" option in the product creation page, then yes that actually disables shipping (not just the fee), so they won't be asked for their shipping address.

If that's not what you mean, just let me know and I can take another look.

This is where I checked, and found no shipping information. I even checked the paypal receipt, and it didn't include anything. Could it be because I had a shipping fee turned off?

Hi Ashley,

If you go into Exchange > Payments and click on the transaction, it will take you to the Payment Details page where it should show the customer's shipping address, just below their general information (name, email address, etc.).  Is that where you looked but didn't see the information?

I have a few physical products on my website, and one has already been purchased but no shipping information has been logged. Is this a known bug, or am I just looking in the wrong places? I did notice I had flat-rate shipping turned off by accident, so I'm not sure if that's why the shipping information wasn't saved or sent to me.
