Hi Becky,

I can see that you've installed the Exchange Membership add-on, but I don't see that you've installed Exchange itself.  The Membership add-on only works with Exchange.

You can go into Plugins > Add New and then search for iThemes Exchange and install it directly from your dashboard.  You can also download it here and then install it by uploading it or by FTP:  http://wordpress.org/plugins/ithemes-exchange/

Please give that a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi there,

I have uploaded the exchange for ithemes plugin, however when I activate it, it isn't showing on the admin panel where activated plugins should show.

Can anyone advise?
