I am in Australia and I have the same problem. I need GST to be shown devided up on the checkout page. Are there any newson a workaround for this? I can't believe that this is such a fancy feature to be honest.

Hi Danni,

The Easy EU Value Added Taxes add-on is actually a premium add-on, so you'd need to download it from your iThemes Member Panel and install it separately.

Unfortunately, though, this may not be a viable option - it does require a valid VAT Number to be entered in the plugin settings.

I'm going to talk to the developers and see if we can get the option to display the price with tax included added as a setting in the Simple Taxes add-on.  I don't have a timeline for if/when that will be added however.

I'll see if I can come up with another work around in the meantime, but I'm not sure it's a possibility at this time.  I'll let you know when I have any additional information.

Hi Elise,

Retail in NZ requires GST to be included for a product and it can be separate for services.
Where is Easy EU VAT add-on? I looked at settings & more add-ons but I have no clue.

Hi danni_397,

There isn't an option in the Simple Taxes add-on to display the price already including tax.

You might try the Easy EU Value Added Taxes add-on, however, as this is in option in the add-on's settings.

Let us know if you have any additional questions.

Hi I'm in NZ I want to add GST tax and have used Simple Taxes (set at 15%) but the price needs to show in the store including the tax then the tax component needs to show separately in the checkout. How can I do this?
